I have taken lessons learned from the likes of Elle magazine and other reputable YouTubers and celebrities that provide us with their tips.
Here are my own Top 5 Tips that works for me.
1. Sleep Well
I have always found the number of hours is not most important. I usually have less than 8 hours of sleep but what is important is deep sleep.
What helps me is to take a warm shower/bath before bed, and no screen time 30 minutes before I head into bed.
2. Hydration Routine
This does not mean just drinking enough water, you also have to partner with other good habits such as using daily moisturizer, toner, eye cream, face and sleeping masks etc.
It is good to know your skin type so you can choose the best fit for you.
3. Use Organic, Natural Products
Similar to the saying, you are what you eat, what you put on your skin will be absorbed into your body. So why would settle for less than organic and natural ingredients.
4. Cleanliness
Avoid touching your face during the day as your hands can transfer bacteria.
Always remember to clean your makeup brushes on a weekly basis.
5. Eat Healthy
Lastly, eating healthy will show on your skin. Load up on nuts, fruits and vegetables that will give your skin a natural glow.
