Best Hair Oils

A nourished scalp means a healthy scalp to keep your hair voluminous and grow fast.
I was born with thin strands of hair and for the past 10 years have experimented with numerous shampoos and oils to massage my scalp (e.g. horsetail plant oil) to promote stronger hair.
What has worked the most for me were doing the following 3 things:

1. Wash Hair on Alternative Days

By washing your hair every second day allows your natural hair oils to coat the follicles and scalp to prevent dryness that would result in breakages.

For those who have oily hair, use a natural organic dry shampoo to keep your scalp fresh and oil-free.

2. Hair Masks

I have been using a mixture of almond, coconut and argan oil  to massage my scalp once every month.

This has reduced the number of breakages, split ends significantly and has kept my scalp healthy to stimulate growth.

3. Use Organic and Natural Products

I cannot stress about all the chemicals that make up the shampoos and conditioners we use that strips away layers of your hair and damages your scalp.

Using organic and natural products will add to your hair’s natural shine and strength.
